Abstract

For abstract submission, please read through the guidelines below and click here to start your submission.

1. General Information

Submission: Abstracts must be submitted exclusively via the ICP2027 Online Submission System. Submissions sent via email, fax, or post will NOT be accepted.
Presenting Author: Abstracts should be submitted by the presenting author. The presenting author will serve as the primary contact for all conference communications.
Multiple Submissions: Authors are permitted to co-author multiple abstracts.

2. Preparation & Abstract Format

Before submitting, please download and use the Abstract Template (Word) to ensure compliance with our layout standards.

Language: The abstract must be written in clear, concise English with accurate grammar and spelling suitable for publication.
Length & Layout: The abstract body must fit within one A4 page (including all figures, tables, and references).
File Format: Please convert your completed abstract into a PDF file before uploading.
Author Details:
- Underline the name of the presenting author.
- Provide the full names and affiliations of all authors (Department, Institution, City, Country). Please ensure accuracy as this information will appear directly in the Final Program and Abstract Book.

3. Confirmation of Submission

Upon successful submission, an automated confirmation email will be sent to the presenting author's registered email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please log in to the ICP2027 Online Submission System to verify your submission status under your profile.

4. Abstract Revision

Presenting authors may log in to the Online Submission System to edit or update their submitted abstracts at any time prior to the submission deadline: Wednesday, March 31, 2027.

5. Notification of Acceptance

The ICP2027 Scientific Committee will review all submissions. Notifications of acceptance or rejection will be sent via email to the presenting author starting from Friday, April 30, 2027.

6. Presenter Registration Requirement

Mandatory Registration: Presenting authors of accepted abstracts are required to register and attend the conference. Please do not submit an abstract if you do not plan or are unable to travel to the conference.
Payment Deadline: Submitting an abstract does NOT automatically register you for the conference. To guarantee inclusion in the official conference program and Abstract Book, the presenting author must complete online registration and payment on or before Saturday, May 15, 2027.
Co-Authors & Attendees: Co-authors or general participants who wish to attend the conference are also required to register and complete payment by Saturday, May 15, 2027.

All official notifications and correspondence will be sent to the email address provided during submission. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and check your email regularly.
